Resolution

Problem happens accessing the SETUP00 and PLANS00 members in HLQ.CDBAPARM library, normally the cause of these error messages is a wrong PTLLPARM load module that was generated for a previous Release and now it is in LINKLIST.

The best way to fix these error messages is to remove the PTLLPARM load module from LINKLIST, to create the PTLLPARM load module is not recommended to avoid this kind of problems and it is only in the install options as an optional step.

If you are not able to find the PTLLPARM load module in LINKLIST then the only available option you have to start Xmanager started task with the new Release is to create a new PTLLPARM load module for the new Release, then be sure the new PTLLPARM load module is in HLQ.CDBALOAD Library for the new Release and this is the Loadlib in Xmanager STEPLIB JCL.
