Issue/Introduction

Symptoms

The following messages:

U0003405  Server routine  'FORMS' not found.

U0011801 Error in Server routine 'FORMS ', Server: 'UC4#WP003' UC4-System: 'UC4'.

usually occur in context with different versions.

The error might happen when you open "FORM" tab

Resolution

There are certain dependencies between Agent, Automation Engine and Userinterface version. We would suggest to use versions from one image for all active and different compoenents.
