Mainframe or z/OS or MVS agent started task does not start and no log file is created

Investigation

Mainframe or z/OS or MVS agent started task does not start and no log file is created

Solution

The Started Task log file for the mainframe should have information.  Most likely, a z/OS admin should be able to see what is wrong.
