Detailed Description and Symptoms

?When attempting to open a new Connection within the UserInterface (via "Connections, New Connections"), the following error message appears:

U0034029 This UserInterface logon is not possible because the number of Global UserInterface licenses '0000' is exhausted. Try to log in with an other UserInterface.


Investigation

Go to System Overview, License and check for a row with a Platform of "GL.DC".  This is for the Global UserInterface and is required to open a new connection via the UserInterface.


Solution

If you feel that you should be able to open the Global UserInterface, please contact Automic Support with a screenshot of System Overview, Licenses and they will be able to get you in contact with the correct party to resolve this.? 

Another option is to open a separate UserInterface from the executable (found in the UserInterface bin\ucdj.exe).
