1.) In the bin folder of the UserInterface, edit the ucdj.bat file's line to read(we are adding the xdebug_CONSOLE >out.txt 2>err.txt):

java -Xmx1024m -Dsun.locale.formatasdefault=true -cp .;.\ucdj.jar com/uc4/ucdf/UCDialogFactory -xdebug_CONSOLE >out.txt 2>err.txt

2.) In the bin folder of the UserInterface, edit the uc4config.xml to read:

<logging count="10" level="INFO">

and

<trace count="10" ra="9" tcp="3" xml="3">

3.) After both of those changes are made, please start the UserInterface from the ucdj.bat (not ucdj.exe).

4.) Once the behavior is replicated, please send in all logs and trace from the TEMP folder as well as the err.txt and out.txt files generated in the bin folder to support.
