SOI Dashboard doesn't show Connector details

Issue/Introduction

Connector details doesn't show up on the SOI Administration page under Connector Configuration page, it shows only connector status

 

Environment

SOI 3.3, 4.0 & 4.2

Cause

The problem is with the name resolution between SOI Manager to UI & connectors

Resolution

1) Please make sure name resolution (DNS) works between SOI Manager to UI (vice versa) and it should resolve to correct Hostname & IP Address. If needed, update the local host file with correct Short Hostname, FQDN and IP Address

2) If the Server has more than one NIC card, make sure the resolved address is to the correct (Production) IP Address, sometimes it resolves to backup IP Address. In such scenario, either this need to corrected at DNS or update the local host file with correct details.
