Is it possible to upgrade Operations Manager directly from Version 6 to version 10 ?

Answer

Such a direct update is not supported. In regards to the heavy changes that happened within version 8 of the Operations Manager, it is thoroughly recommended to follow the upgrade process :

V6 -> V8 -> V10.

The Core Components, the UserInterface and the Agents will have to be updated.

We also strongly recommend to be assisted by an Automic Consultant if you are to pursue such an update.
