When will Banner General 8.7.3 be fully supported by the RA Banner Agent?

Question

Banner General 8.7.3 was released in January 2015 which introduced a new "File Credentials" option to help avoid passwords from being displayed on the command line.  Does the RA Banner Agent support that feature?

Response

We do support Banner 8.7.3, however we do not yet support the new "File Credentials" security features included in that version.  Additional changes to the RA Agent will need to be made in order to support this feature and an Enhancement Request has been submitted (PMPER-9) and will be evaluated for inclusion in a future release of the RA Banner Agent.
