Resolution

1. 'DAILY' Calendar Definition: Please enter starting week 0.

2. change the method how the first week of a year is calculated by setting the value of FIRST_WWEK_METHOD within UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS to "1"

      "1" - The week that includes January 1st.
      "4" - The first week that includes at least 4 day of the new year. (default)
      "7" - The first week that includes 7 days of the new year.
