Unable to view Documentation from the UI when pressing F1

Issue/Introduction

Detailed Description and Symptoms

When hitting F1 to open the help from the User Interface, you receive the error:
U4006599 Could not find the documentation in the specified path

Investigation

Open your uc4config.xml file from the User Interface's bin directory.  Look for the line:   

<docu type="hh">../../Documentation</docu>

Resolution

The line found in the User Interface's uc4config.xml file:
<docu type="hh">../../Documentation</docu>
Describes where the Documentation Folder is located. Be sure that the Documentation Folder is in the place stated in the tag above.  Also, be sure that the Documentation Folder is on a local drive instead of a shared drive.

 

The UserInterface folder and the Documentation folder should be parallel to each other as below:
