How do I find the version information of an Automic component?

Issue/Introduction


When contacting support with a question or an issue, it is likely the support team will need to know which versions you are running for relevant components. The easiest way to find most of these versions is in the System Overview of the UserInterface.

Resolution

  • Get the version of the AutomationEngine and any Agent by choosing on AutomationEngine or Agents then looking in the Version column.

  • The information for the Database and Initial Data component can be found in the Database section of the System Overview:

  • The version of UserInterface you are using as well as the Java being utilized can be found by going to the Help menu > About ONE Automation
