Unable to start RA Agent due to a java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactor

Issue/Introduction
RA Agent not starting.
When attempting to start any RA Agent on Applications Manager, you get an error in the RMI logs appearing as below:
ErrorMsg: AwE-9999 Internal error (2/5/16 9:22 AM)
Details: [FTP_SHM, No_Service, 00:02:42, N, 99, 2016-02-05 09:19:58.0, OFFLINE, OFFLINE, 306, 3, vwaswsb02, Y, MONITOR, FtpAgent, NT, 47, 4, JAVA_AGENT , 80, 5, CPU, SHM, MGRSTOPPED, 1, null, null, null, null, null]

Resolution
Fix:
Download the jar files from the below url
http://commons.apache.org/logging/download_logging.cgi
and copy to your $AW_HOME/web/classes directory of the RA agent installation. Start and stop the agent service. Attempt to restart the agent.
