If you are running into a situation where Tomcat will not load, an initial troubleshooting step will be to check the version of Tomcat currently located on the system.



Release: WAASER99000-1.0-Automic Workload Automation-Services


The easiest way to get this information is to run the following command from your root Tomcat folder:
Java.exe -cp lib\catalina.jar org.apache.catalina.util.ServerInfo
This will give you the following result:
