Resolution

How does this happen?
This happens if an Agent is installed on a platform with very limited discspace and the .ini file can not be populated with server-related entries like CP_LIST etc.

How can I check if this issue occurs?
Check the .ini file of the agent if it is populated or empty, if it is populated and doesnt look wrong, please get in contact with support, then its a different issue
If the .ini file is empty, please do following:

  • delete the agent
  • ensure that decent disc space is available (for the agent itself 20 MB will be fine, for logs and upcoming traces maybe 100 MB will be sufficient)
  • reinstall the agent
  • restart it
