Issue/Introduction

Active Agent does not appear in CHECK FILE precondition.

Environment

Release: AOATAM99000-9.0-Automic-One Automation Tools-Application Manager
Component:

Resolution

Symptoms

When attempting to select an Agent from a pre or post condition, the Agent does not appear within the list of Agents that can be selected.
This Agent will run JOBS if tested.

Cause

This is caused due to the number of Agents within the Client being greater than the current value of SQLVAR_MAX_ROWS within UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS. The internal Automic Promptsets will utilize this value to determine the number of records that can be returned.

Resolution

Log into Client 0 and edit the SQLVAR_MAX_ROWS value within UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS to be larger than the number of available Agents within a Client.
