This issue occurs after loading a new license to an existing system or a new license to a new system.
In that case you are missing the OCI (CN.DB.ORA or CN.DB.DB2) in your License, you can check the .pdf of the license if it exists, and if it is alredy expired.
In this case please get in contact with your accountmanager or technical support to gather the License
After you loaded the new license, please process a COLDSTART before you can run your production.
If you want to run the Automic System based to another Database than MS SQL you require a specific license entry (CN.DB.ORA or CN.DB.DB2) in your license, for MS SQL it is not required. Your Accountmanger is able to add this license keys to your license with usually no additional costs.
