ARA Admin privileges remain selected even when revoked

Privileges remain selected even when a user's Release Manager (ARA) administrator privilege has been removed. 

Investigation

1. Create a new user in AWI 
2. Modify the user 
3. Go to the Release Automation tab > Permissions > select 'User is Administrator.' 
4. Save and close 
5. Edit the user again 
6. Unselect the 'User is Administrator.' 

Results
Actual: User's Folder Authorizations get removed, but not the Permissions.
Expected: User's Folder Authorizations and the Permissions get removed.

Update to a fix version of the ECC Plugin or UI Plugin listed below or a newer version if available.
