Automic Web Interface panels are missing for RA solutions

Once a new RA solution is loaded it does not show the Automic Web Interface panels. This can happen for all the RA solutions, the screenshots shown below represent the RA FTP solution.

Connection object is missing the FTP entry:

Root Cause: Apache Tomcat is storing the old value in its cache.

Resolution

Either stop and start the Automic Web Interface through Tomcat manager.
