After upgrade to Virtual Appliance 14.1 User cannot see any other endpoint accounts but himself in Identity Portal.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to version 14.1 of Virtual Appliance, the users cannot see  other endpoint accounts but their own in Identity Portal.

Cause

14.1 introduced an additional feature in the endpoint account details in Identity Portal.

The Account Scope where there is granularity to allow a user to see his own end point account (view by default), 

and see other accounts

The default is not to allow viewing of other accounts at all since there is no rule to allow it.

Resolution

Add a scope rule to allow the user to view/modify other accounts as well in the account scope in the endpoint configuration in Identity Portal.
