ARA login pages loses system name from dropdown

After logging out of ARA and leaving the webpage for a short while, upon trying to log back in i get a login error and can see that the system name is missing from the dropdown box.

To get around this i either have to shut and re-open the webpage or delete /Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fDefault.aspx off the end of the URL and reload the page and then the dropdown populates with the system name.
