In v11, the red/green workflow line are not shown while arranging tasks in a workflow

Issue/Introduction

This problem occurs when you click on an object in the workflow editor that is connected to the same parent as other objects. 
When this is given then the red line is shown in the background and not in the foreground. 

V11.2.1.hf.2.build.448 (notice the red line doesn’t go all the way to the start object)
This can be very troublesome if there are a lot of objects in a flow.
