Timeout during Rename of an Application leads to inconsistent state

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
"Caused by: com.uc4.webui.util.MessageBoxException: Message box received: 4006508 of type A with inserts RM.SVIS.SVIS.VIM_BUILD_DEPLOY shown, message 'Could not find the object. It may have been deleted or renamed.'."

After initiating a rename of the Application the rename timed out and the Application still had the old name but several of the Workflows contained the new name.

Therefore, those Workflows with the new name could not be opened and the resulted in the above error message.

This was seen when the rename process took a long time to process, several minutes.  However, there was no timeout information that could be seen.

Here is an example of the rename command that was used:

Renaming application "app1_dev" to "app1_prod"
