Usage statistics tool fails with "U00003590 UCUDB - DB error" using MS-SQL DB

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U00003590 UCUDB - DB error: 'SQLNumResultCols', 'ERROR ', '42000', 'Statement(s) could not be prepared.'
U00003592 UCUDB - Status: '42S02' Native error: '208' Msg: 'Invalid object name 'MQCP001'.'

The Usage Statistic tool fails immediately upon execution, and does not generate output files.

The invalid object name error, as shown above, occurs because a change in the MS-SQL DB schema was introduced with version 11.2.  The MQ tables have been modified and renamed.  Therefore, these errors indicates that the Usage statistic tool is from a prior version.  You must use a version of the Automation Engine and the tool that is compliant with each other.
