Issue/Introduction

Folders from different User Groups, but with the same name, are merged in Service Catalog Favorites.

Issue initially reported in ECC 11.2.2. 

Investigation

This issue is specific to meeting the following criteria:

1. A single User who belongs to multiple User Groups
2. Each User Group contains a Folder with the same name in all three groups.
3. Each Folder has been added to the Favorites menu of the Service Catalog Perspective.

Results

Actual:  The Folders are incorrectly merged.  
Expected:  The Folders are  listed as three separate Folders.

Root Cause: Did not allow for there to be folders with the same name for the same user.
