This issue is specific to Windows Server 2003 only.
After installing some Windows Security Updates and restarting the server, the Automic Agent fails to start due to a License Class issue as shown in this log: 20130619/114519.281 - U2000073 Connection to system 'Automic' via CP Server 'Automic#CP002' successfully established.

If the .INI file was modified to have License Class=4 instead of 2, the Agent still does not run and in looking at the log file, it indicated there was not a valid license.
