Display Issue with PromptSets - Job listed as additional entry

The display of the PromptSet has the Job itself as an additional entry as show in the screenshot below.  
Notice the highlighted Name is the Job and not the PromptSet, the Job is shown in the detail pane.

Root Cause: RA Jobs always prompt for RA parameters on executing unregarded from the permission "Modify at runtime" and the RA option "Request task parameters".
