Error Message :

When starting the Auto forecast in AWI v12.0.0 the first time, a strange date is displayed for the calculation (it is not the current date and not from the variable UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS).

Cause type: Other
Root Cause: Unknown as it is not reproduceable.

OS Version: N/A

We have been unable to reproducible the issue and it is not clear why such a strange date is shown. The trace files that we have collected thus far do not capture the behavior.

Should you see this behavior:

  1. Activate a TCP/IP=2 and DB=4 Trace and capture the event with a date that does not match the System Time nor the Date/Time set in the UC_AUTO_FORECAST variable.
  2. Provide the logs to Automic support.

Fix Status: No Fix

Additional Information

Workaround :
Let the AutoForecast run once or twice despite the strange date and eventually the correct date will be entered in the Variable UC_AUTO_FORECAST.
