Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
The server refused the connection

Unable to edit a Workflow in ARA.  If a Workflow is selected and the 'design a window'  button is clicked, the above error is returned.


 

Cause

Cause type:
Configuration
Root Cause: Tomat service not started on server where ECC installed

Environment

OS Version: N/A

Resolution

Ensure the Tomcat service is running.  If this is a Windows server set the Tomcat Web Application Server to restart automatically when the machine is restarted.
