Error Message :
U00003906 Error in object '?' (RunID '0001067172') prompt '?': Input '03/25/2016' for Calendar '?, scope '?' is not valid.

If utilizing a promptset that has a Calendar set to MM/DD/YYYY Output format, when restarting it via RESTART_UC_OBJECT the job will fail with:

U00003906 Error in object '?' (RunID '0001067172') prompt '?': Input '03/25/2016' for Calendar '?, scope '?' is not valid.

Defect
Root Cause: A restart with prompts did not work because of a wrong date format. If a prompt has been used with calendars and output-formats, during a restart, the original value has not been converted to the requested format and results in error.
