Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U0004110 UCUREP: Fehler wird automatisch behandelt.
U0004110 UCUREP: Error will be corrected automatically.

Wrong agent behaviour (UCUREP - handling) caused the Automation Engine to hang

The agent sends a report for a non-existing activity, the engine tries to write the report in a loop.

In the logs thousands of the following lines can be found:
U0004110 UCUREP: Fehler wird automatisch behandelt.
U0004110 UCUREP: Error will be corrected automatically.


Failure Scenario:
 

1. Agent ASW sends report for nonexistant AH_Idnr  *******
2. insert RT Lnr 1, fails because RH record doesn't exist
3. insert RT Lnr 2, fails because RH record doesn't exist
4. select RH, no result
5. insert RH, fails because AH record doesn't exist
6. insert RT Lnr 1, fails because RH record doesn't exist
7. goto 4)
