Issue/Introduction

The CA Data Protection 15.2 Policy Engine component that extracts content from embedded messages fails due to an issue with the 3rd party text extractor HP Keyview.

Resolution

FIX:RO98785 (incorporating Client_15.20_HF0108, Client_x64_15.20_HF0109, Server_15.20_HF0106 and Server_x64_15.20_HF0107) resolves the Keyview component issue, thereby enabling extraction and search on the embedded mail content.
