Issue/Introduction

User Group privileges are ignored when a user is added to a user group.
Investigation- Create a Usergroup
- Create some restrictions in the Authorizations tab
- In the Privileges, select all except the Runbook mode
- Create a User
- Add that user as member of the Usergroup
- Login with that user
Results
Actual: Only able to view Administration only
Expected: Able to view the Process Assembly, Administration, Process Monitoring, Service Catalog

Root Cause: Behavior is as designed. An enhancement would need to be submitted for this behavior to change.

Resolution
To get the User Group rights to propagate, this needs to be added in the User Group authorization tab: add a line with GRP = 1; type * with Read permission
Although, it is not optimal, it is by design.
Please submit a feature enhancement request if change in the design is desired.Fix Status: No Fix

Workaround :
Provide the user Read access to *UC_ECC_PLUGINS* and *UC_CUSTOM_ATTRIBUTES*.
