Issue/Introduction

Affects Release version(s): 6;7

Error Message :
N/A

Adding mapping authorization, such as READ, USE and EXECUTE, between the AE and ARA for executing a workflow in a specific folder does not allow a user to execute the objects.

In order to determine if the issue impacts you, follow these steps:
  1. Prepare an ARA environment with at least one general (or application) workflow in a folder
  2. Create a group which grants the following permissions to that folder: RU--X (read, use, execute)
  3. Assign this group to a user who does not have any other permissions
  4. Log in as that user and try to execute the workflow.
Expected result:  As the user has the permission to read, use and execute the workflow, he or she should be able to execute.
Observed result:  Not able to execute.
