If no Agent selected for new Receiver Job an exception occurs and Subscriber field is erroneously required

If no Agent is selected for a new Receiver job an Exception will popup, after which the subscriber field will erroneously be set to required.

Investigation

1. Create a JMS receiver Job
2. Select no Agent, no shared or durable subscriber

Results

Actual:  A popup message Exception appears indicating that the subscriber is a required field.
Expected: The subscriber field should only become mandatory if Topic is selected as described in the product documentation.
