Policy Exception when using MS Dynamics AX 2012R2 SOAP Web Service with RA Web Service Agent v4

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.cxf.ws.policy.PolicyException: None of the policy alternatives can be satisfied.

Version 4 of the RA Web Service SOAP Agent results in the above Java Exception when creating a SOAP Web Service JOBS object against a MS Dynamics AX 2012R2 server.

Investigation

1. Create a CONN.WEBSERVICE.SOAP with these settings:

• General tab : WSDL = http://<host>/DynamicsAx/Services/AOTAccessNetTCP
• Security tab : Authentication = Basic

2. Then use it in a RA Webservice SOAP job.
3. Select an operation 

Results

Actual: The error "java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.cxf.ws.policy.PolicyException: None of the policy alternatives can be satisfied." is displayed.

Expected:  The Job should be created with no errors.

Root Cause: RA Webservice SOAP 4.0 doesn't allows XML to be send as SOAP request.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available where the RA Web Service SOAP version allows any XML to be sent as a SOAP request.
