Error Message : N/A
Work Processes end unexpectedly when trying to open an Event Object which has been created by the Request Manager. *** The Issue occured on 10.0.7 it potentially can occur also on Version 11.2.1 and 11.1.2 or earlier. ****
When creating an Event object using the request manager up to version x y z the request manager creates the o=bject with a missing detail in the database entry missing. Hence creating an cinompolete object leading the work processes to crash when opening this object through the user interface.
Cause
Cause type: Defect Root Cause: The event object was created by the Request Manager and was missing an entry in Database. (OEA_EventType) where the value was NULL - this can not happen if the Object is created within Automation Engine Userinterface.

Fix Status: Released
Fix Version(s): Automation Engine of Automation Engine 11.2.1 - already available Automation Engine of Automation Engine 11.1.3 - already available Automation Engine of Automation Engine 10.0.7 hot fix 1 - already available
Additional Information
Workaround : The fix itself is in fact a Workaround, implementing Version 10.0.7hf 1 or 11.2.1 will not prevent this issue from happening, since the value within Database is still wrong, but it will ensure that only the WP which is currently acting with this inquiry will stop, and not the complete System.
