If you use :RESTART, the Restart Text is not shown in the activation protocol of scripts and workflows. According to the documentation the restart point description should show up in the execution protocol. This seemed unclear for some customers. Therefore, only for JOBS a restart text will be shown in the job report/execution protocol.
