After upgrading Applications Manager, all Jobs go into LAUNCH_ERROR with an "ORA-01722: invalid number" error message

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid number

After upgrading to Applications Manager version 9.0.1 HF1, all Jobs abort with a LAUNCH ERROR status. The above error is seen in the AgentService<timestamp>.log at time of Job abort.

Investigation
This issue has been seen in only 1 case. Automic Support was unable to reproduce the behavior but rooted to be Oracle related, specifically in Oracle version 12.2.0.2.0.

Workaround :
