SQL variable in not being resolved.

If a VARA.SQL has a variable, the variable does not get resolved during runtime. 

Investigation

Example:

 
SELECT NVL(MAX(FAILURE_EMAIL),'NO_EMAIL') EMAIL FROM ( 
SELECT FAILURE_EMAIL 
FROM PRXL_INF.ETL_SCHEDULE_NOTIFICATION 
WHERE UPPER (ETL_FOLDER_NAME) = UPPER ('&FOLDER_NAME#') 
AND UPPER (ETL_WORKFLOW_NAME) = UPPER ('&WORKFLOW_NAME#')) 


Result:

All variables in the example will not be resolved as shown below:
