What's the purpose of WINTITLE in a SMD file?

In the UC4.SMD file, as part of the service manager, there is an attribute WINTITLE:

DEFINE JWP;java -Xmx512M -jar ucsrvjp.jar -svc%port%;*SRV_STARTPATH;WINTITLE=*UC4*

This is to allow for the winclose message to be sent and close a process gracefully from within Windows.

Root Cause: This is no longer needed. All CP/WP/JWP/AGENTS are settings this title on their own now. Therefore, this parameter is obsolete
