Filetransfer ends successfully after original file is overwritten and file on destination is incomplete

The following problem can occur for Filetransfer jobs:

If the source file is overwritten with a smaller file during the filetransfer the job finishes successfully but the destination file is corrupt.

The accuracy of transferred data is verified with an MD5 checksum verifier that is embedded in the data stream. Data is verified in packets and not for the whole file.

Workaround :
To ensure that the transfer is correct you can set the source file to readonly on OS level before starting the filetransfer.
