Workflows ending with FAULT_OTHER get deactivated, even deactivation option is set to “On Errorfree Execution”.

Workflow does not remain in the activity window when receiving a status of FAULT_OTHER.
This makes it more difficult to monitor within the activity window since you are unable to see that the JOBP failed to run.

Repro Steps:

1. Create JOBP
2. Set 'After error-free execution'
3. Add an include to the process tab that does not exist 
4. Execute JOBP

Workflow errors out with 'FAULT_OTHER - start impossible. Other error'.
