Issue/Introduction

Inactive Scheduled Tasks are stuck in 'Preparing' status.

When an inactive task (JOBP) was being executed by a Scheduler (JSCH), it was ending with status ‘Preparing’, instead of ‘ENDED_INACTIVE_OBJECT’.

When a workflow (JOBP) is set to inactive in the ‘header’ tab of the job definition it will show in a status ‘Preparing’ in the Schedule monitor instead of ‘ENDED_INACTIVE_OBJECT’.

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Create a JOBP and uncheck the ‘active’ button on the Header tab.
2. Add the JOBP to the Schedule and execute it.
3. Notice the status in the schedule monitor.  It shows ‘Preparing’ while the statistics of the job shows ‘ENDED_INACTIVE_OBJECT’ – Object inactive due to definition.
