RA objects like connection object and job object do not show up under "Add object".
In the example shown, the JD.EDWARDS agent is referenced:

In client 100, Click on "Add Object":

The same action in client 0 shows the following entries:

Notice the difference between the two clients.

Cause

Cause type:
Configuration
Root Cause: Both clients have a variable called UC_OBJECT_TEMPLATE. If a new RA solution is loaded, only the UC_OBJECT_TEMPLATE in client 0 (folder DIV_VARIABLES) gets populated with the new values, the one in the other client has to be maintained manually.

Environment

Release: AUTWAB99000-11.0-Automic Workload Automation-Base Edition
Component:

Resolution

Copy the values from client 0 to the corresponding client.

In this example, those would be the following values:

CONN.JDEDWARDSAGENT.JDBCCONNECTION
CONN.JDEDWARDSAGENT.JDEDWARDSCONNECTION
JOBS.JDEDWARDSAGENT.JDEJOB
JOBS.JDEDWARDSAGENT.JDEUBEJOB

Another solution is to rename or delete the UC_OBJECT_TEMPLATE variable in any client but 0 if not needed.
