Setting a variable in the process tab of a Workflow when using an Oracle database with the following string: 
 

:PSET &param# = ' '

results in the following outcome.

Actual
The variable will be saved as an empty string '' in the task of the Workflow.

Expected
The variable result should be a blank and not an emtpy string.
