In the Supervisor Task no messages were shown at that time.

A bug was fixed, where RestartPlus runtime module has crashed due to shortage of CSA communication buffer.

Message UCR0178A in JES log identifies the problem:
UCR0178A NO CSA NODES AVAILABLE FOR RUN MODULE
Fix increases CSA buffer size up to 8192 CNBLOCK slots.
