Workflow (JOBP) category of 'Add Object' dialog box does not expand on first click

Issue/Introduction

When adding a 'Workflow (JOBP)' object in the Process Assembly Perspective and expanding the Workflow to see the workflows sub-types, the dialog box will not expand on the first click when using the mouse wheel for scroll down.

Investigation

1. Log into AWI 
2. Open the Process Assembly perspective. 
3. Click 'Add Object' button. 
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list using mouse scroll wheel. 
5. Click the little disclosure triangle to the left of the 'Workflow (JOBP)' category. 

This will not open on first click but will not on the second.

Note: The problem happens only if you use the mouse wheel. It does not happen if you scroll to the bottom of the list using the scroll bar.
