Variable “&$RUNTIME#” used in the Post-Process Tab or Post-Conditions returns 0

Issue/Introduction
Error Message : N/A
When using the predefined variable, &$RUNTIME#, in the Post-Process Tab or in Post-Conditions it always evaluates to 0.
Investigation
This behavior can be checked in the Post-Process Tab when using the following, simple example:
:Print "Runtime = &$RUNTIME#"
Actual Result displayed in the Report as "Runtime = +0000000000000000".
Expected Result displayed in the Report should be the actual runtime of the executed object.
