When executing DB Load from the command line to update the estimated runtime calculation:

ucybdbld -I/opt/UC4/config/ucybdbld_INTE1.ini -B -LD -X/opt/UC4/utils/uc4-util/db/general/10.0/UC_UPD_ESTIMATE_ERT.TXT

The command aborts and ends without producing an error in the logs or traces.
It crashes. On the command line, the process produces a return code 1.

Root Cause: DB Load fails to recalculate the expected run time (ERT).
When UC_UPD_ESTIMATE_ERT.TXT is passed to DB Load, the DB Load process ends with return code 1 without performing ERT calculations.
