Unable to start BO Agent (upgrade from previous RA solution)

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
20160804/152916.579 - 1 java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method logoff() on null object
at org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.NullObject.invokeMethod(NullObject.java:77)


RA Business Object agent 3.0.x fails when starting.
This is because  xbean-2.2.0.jar  needs to be removed/deleted from the Agent Lib folder.
This step is missing from the old documentation.

Status:
The documentation is now updated.

1. Navigate to the following directory and delete any existing files.

   For	Directory
   An Automation Engine UNIX agent	bin/lib
   An Automation Engine Windows agent	bin\lib
   An Applications Manager UNIX agent	web/classes_alt
   An Applications Manager Windows agent	web\classes_alt
